If you wish to delete your Shoppoint Rewards account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Shoppoint Rewards App on your device.
Step 2: Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner to access your
account settings.
Step 3: Scroll down and find the "Delete
Account" option.
Step 4: Confirm your decision to delete your
account.

What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your Shoppoint Rewards
account, we'll remove your personal information, such as your name, email, phone
number, and transaction history from our system. Your account-related data will be deleted
within the specified retention period on our privacy
policy.
What Stays?
Please note that de-identified and aggregated
information that does not personally identify you may be retained for insights, research,
and marketing purposes. However, it will not be linked to your account. If you decide to
rejoin Shoppoint Rewards, you'll need to create a new account.
